Refund policy
At Sisterhood & Co, each product is made to order through our production partners. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind purchases.
We will, however, replace or refund items that:

Arrive damaged or defective

Have a printing or manufacturing error

Are the wrong item from what you ordered
Submitting a Request
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to report an eligible issue with your order and submit a request for refund or replacement.
To start a request, please contact us at sisterhoodcoshop@gmail.com with your order number, details about the issue, and a clear photo of the item.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package, if applicable. Because items are shipped directly from our suppliers, returns must be sent to the supplier’s warehouse. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Replacement Shipping Costs
If the issue is due to a defect, misprint, or incorrect item → we cover the cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if you notice any issues.
